Andrew Mountfield brings over 25 years of experience in strategy and performance management across a wide range of industries and business functions to integrating sustainability and corporate reporting and management. He has worked as a manager in the pharmaceutical industry, as a partner at PwC Consulting and was managing partner of Horváth & Partners in Switzerland. He completed his research masters at HEC Paris and Oxford University and received his doctorate from Ashridge Business School, where he is an affiliate faculty member. In addition, he received a master’s degree from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL). Academic roles include a Senior Research Fellowship at Saïd Business School, Oxford University, and lead for the Oxford Rethinking Performance Initiative. He is the editor of two volumes on strategy and performance management and is the lead author of two recent book chapters on sustainability strategy and implementation.
