Andrew Mountfield brings over 25 years of experience in strategy and performance management across a wide range of industries and business functions to integrating sustainability and financial reporting and management. He has worked as a manager in the pharmaceutical industry, as a partner in PwC Consulting and was managing partner of Horváth & Partners in Switzerland, where he developed state-of-the-art, innovative toolsets for strategic and financial steering and communication. A graduate of the European School of Business and Bocconi University, Milan, he also completed research masters at HEC Paris and Oxford University and his doctorate at Ashridge Business School. In addition, he received a master’s degree from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He taught on the ETH Zurich MBA program, and is currently a Tutor at Saïd Business School, Oxford University. He is the editor of two volumes on strategy and performance management.
