Marvin uses his broad background in sustainability and data science to support Science Based Targets development and environmental accounting. He believes in the competitive advantages for businesses that arise from comprehensive approaches to climatic and environmental challenges. Before joining Sustainserv, Marvin was a researcher at Eawag, an institute of ETH Zurich. There, he used state-of-the-art machine learning methods and big data to address water-related issues. He holds a natural sciences PhD from University of Tübingen, Germany, and graduated from an international program with Canadian partner institutions.
