The provisions of the Swiss Climate Reporting Act apply for the first time to reporting for the 2024 financial year. These primarily include reporting in accordance with the TCFD guidelines, but also a commitment to climate targets and a climate transition plan. While the cornerstones are clear, the Swiss law also leaves room for interpretation.
