As a 20-year-old international management consulting firm focused on sustainability, we continue to expand our workforce and are seeking two consultants to join our ranks. Demand for our guidance and support services is increasing around the world, and we are hiring in both our Boston and Zurich offices to fulfill our mission to offer global perspectives, innovative solutions and actionable results.
How we serve the sustainability needs of our clients
We work with companies to integrate sustainability considerations into their long-term strategies, everyday operations and communications. We believe the need for sustainable development presents tough challenges and at the same time exciting business opportunities to companies that strive to understand and improve their impacts.
We help clients navigate the challenges associated with meeting the ESG needs of stakeholders, developing a customized solution for reaching sustainability goals. We provide recommendations on breaking down planning, performance management and monitoring efforts into clear, actionable tasks, such as defining KPIs, setting both qualitative and quantitative targets, checking progress with regular assessments and using science-based benchmarks and international standards. Our approach covers all aspects of sustainable corporate value creation: from materiality assessments, sustainable strategy development and greenhouse gas accounting to human rights due diligence, stakeholder engagement and reporting according to various frameworks such as GRI, Integrated Reporting, SASB and TCFD.
Open positions
We are currently seeking candidates to fill the position of Corporate Sustainability Consultant in both our Boston and Zurich offices. These team members will participate in a wide variety of projects in sustainability consulting, working for various clients from small and medium sized companies to large multinational corporations in sustainability strategy, quantitative assessments of sustainability and sustainability report development.
