
The new hires add to an already robust roster of sustainability-focused consulting professionals based in the U.S. and Europe to support Sustainserv’s clients around the world.
This expansion highlights Sustainserv’s continued growth over the last several years and further enhances Sustainserv’s mission to help companies worldwide develop high-level sustainability strategies and implement them into their business strategies, operations, and communications.

Sustainserv announces the following appointments:

Allison McArdle, Consultant
Allison joins Sustainserv in Boston as a Consultant. Before joining Sustainserv, Allison conducted corporate engagements on sustainability best practices at Ceres, a renowned Boston-based sustainability-focused non-profit where she supported the development of climate strategies, supply chain sustainability programs, and disclosures for companies in the financial services sector. She graduated from Harvard University Extension School with a Master’s in Sustainability and from the College of the Holy Cross with a bachelor’s degree in biology and environmental studies.

Nate Newman, Associate Consultant
Nate joins Sustainserv in Boston as an Associate Consultant. Prior to joining Sustainserv, Nate gained experience in sustainability consulting and strategy in transportation decarbonization. He received a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, where he focused his studies on corporate sustainability and circularity. He holds a BA in Biology and Spanish from the College of Wooster.

Caroline Sloan, Associate Consultant
Caroline joins Sustainserv in Boston as an Associate Consultant. She brings with her a background in environmental policy, energy efficiency, and sustainability reporting strategies. Caroline previously interned in South Africa, where she oversaw several corporate sustainability projects. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Boston College, concentrating in Policy and Justice, with a minor in Sociology.
