What you’ll actually do
- Choose the right workflow
Bring one sustainability process that consumes your team’s time. Together with Sustainserv, identify where the effort sits, what requires expert judgement and where AI could create meaningful capacity. - Start your digital twin
Your entities, company context, public data and report are brought together in one living model. - Put the twin to work
Run a live gap analysis against ESRS, TCFD, etc. , benchmark against peers or draft answers to an ESG questionnaire using your own company context. Use human expertise to check and refine draft AI-based results. - Build your working agent
Turn one recurring task into an agent that can run the workflow again next quarter. - Redesign the workflow
Put the agent back into the real process. Decide what AI does, where human review is required, what remains expert work and how the workflow should change.
