2020 has undoubtedly been a challenging year, however it may provide a potential catalyst for change in organizations across the world.
This year’s Conference of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC) focuses on sustainable value creation in an interconnected world. It allows participants to engage with international business leaders, investors, finance professionals and thinkers, in order to enable their organizations to take an innovative and optimized approach to long-term value creation.
We are co-organizing and presenting a workshop together with speakers from Novo Nordisk, ABN AMRO and Clariant on “Developing an integrated strategy” with the aim to showcase how integrated thinking can support the development of an integrated strategy. The session explores advanced thinking on multi-capital integration in strategy and discusses practical implementation of a multi-capital business model. We will provide insights into Clariant’s experience with establishing this approach in business practice and show our approach to effectively structure integrated thinking through the “sustainable strategy map.”
