CCR 14th Annual Reporting Symposium: “The Paradox of Transparency”

THE ANNUAL ANNUAL REPORTS SYMPOSIUM BRINGS TOGETHER MORE THAN 300 DECISION-MAKERS, EXPERTS, AND PRACTITIONERS FROM THE FIELD OF CORPORATE REPORTING. THIS YEAR’S HYBRID EVENT PROMISES INSPIRATION, CURRENT TRENDS AND BEST-PRACTICE CASES UNDER THE MOTTO “THE PARADOX OF TRANSPARENCY”.

We are pleased to support this event of the Center for Corporate Reporting (CCR) and to present and support the Best Practice Session III “Legally compliant and attractive climate report – a paradox?”

This session summarizes the key requirements for climate reporting both in Switzerland and in the EU and provides an overview of the relevant standards (e.g. TCFD) and concepts (e.g. net zero and scope 3 emissions). Prof. Dr. Ralf Frank, managing director of Sustainserv Germany, shows how legally compliant, attractive climate reporting is possible and describes the levels of freedom as well as the pitfalls. Tanja Nagel, Head of Reports and Archive at Heidelberg Materials, offers detailed practical insights.

Participants learn how climate reporting can be approached so it is both compliant and attractive to report readers.
